Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Due to hygiene rules, regulations, and safety policies, returns or refunds for hair that has been taped, installed, washed, colored, cut, chemically treated, or altered in any way are NOT accepted. No exceptions will be made. Please inspect your order before installing and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Tape and remover are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Slavic Hair is not responsible for the correct color match. Please understand prior to purchasing hair that you assume full responsibility for choosing your color. Our responsibility is to deliver the color(s) ordered by you. When purchasing our products, you are accepting these terms:

1. Unless the product is shipped incorrectly, you are responsible for shipping charges to and from DIY Hair Extensions, as well as a 10% restocking fee. A refund will be issued to your original payment method after your return has been approved. We do not charge a 10% restocking fee to exchange an item. The 10% restocking fee applies only if you are returning an item for a refund. Unless DIY Hair Extensions made a shipping error, shipping is non-refundable.
2. We allow a ONE-time color exchange for hair extensions ONLY if the item is in its original condition and original packaging, not worn or altered in any way. The item must not have been in contact with ANYTHING. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer assumes all return shipping costs. NO COLOR EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ONLY RETURNS.
3. The item MUST be in the original packaging, NOT USED or DAMAGED in any way, and must not have had contact with perfume or cigarette smoke. No wrinkling or folding of the product is accepted.
4. To return or exchange extensions for a different color, YOU MUST SEND THE EXTENSIONS BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. If it has been more than 14 days, you may not request an exchange or refund.
5. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to Slavic Hair within 14 days from the delivery date. All return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
6. It is your responsibility to ensure the address information is accurate when placing an order or returning the extensions. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of Slavic Hair. If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout and you need us to change it, we will do our best to update it. However, we cannot guarantee the change, as sometimes the system does not update the address and the order may still be shipped to the original address.
7. All deliveries over $200 will require a signature. If you are not there to sign for your package, you will most likely receive a notice to pick it up from your local post office or delivery service.
8. Tracking confirmation is provided on all orders.
9. Slavic Hair is not responsible for late, lost, or damaged packages in the mail. This is a matter for the USPS or the delivery service. We do not provide refunds for late, lost, or damaged packages.
10. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges during an exchange. If you return an item for a ONE-time exchange, please include a note explaining which items you wish to receive in exchange, the date your order was placed online, the original order number, and your email address. Exchanges will be sent to the original shipping address.
11. Please note: Shedding and tape issues are not covered if caused by improper installation, harsh removal, or incorrect re-taping. Our extensions are made with gentle wefts and require careful handling during application, removal, and reapplication.
12. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you understand that refunds are offered only on the original purchase. After an exchange, refunds will no longer be possible. You may email us at slavichairllc@gmail.com for further information.
13. When ordering from Slavic Hair, you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not place an order.
