By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The price applicable is the price set on the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are displayed before confirming the purchase. Card information is transmitted using secure SSL encryption and is not stored. Please note that local taxes may apply. No refunds are granted after the sale. ONE-time exchanges only.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

You agree that Slavic hair, its employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, affiliates, and their successors and assigns (the “Slavic hair Parties”) will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for your failure to follow the instructions provided by Slavic hair. You hereby release the Slavic hair Parties from any and all liability related to your failure to follow such instructions or to use the products as directed.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or to refuse service to anyone at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party as a result of removing or editing any materials or content on this website, refusing to process a transaction, or canceling a transaction once processing has begun.

COLORS

We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer or device monitor will be exactly the same as the true color.

Hair extensions made from real human hair may fade or change color over time due to exposure to environmental factors such as sunlight, heat, and styling products. This natural fading process is normal and not considered a defect.

The tape area may appear slightly different in color. This is a normal characteristic of the product and is not considered a defect or manufacturing error.

DIFFERENCE IN SETS

Because our extensions are made from real human hair, colors and textures may vary from set to set, and slight differences in length may occur. Extensions may be approximately 1–2 inches longer or about 1 inch shorter. Wavy hair may have varying wave patterns, and straight hair may also have a slight wave.

LEGAL PURCHASE AGE

If you are under 18, we ask that you inform a parent or guardian about Slavic hair policies and Terms and Conditions and obtain their consent before placing an order. Our website is not intended for use by children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under this age.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

By submitting an order through the website, you agree to pay Slavic hair all charges at the prices then in effect for the products purchased by you or anyone using your account or payment method. You authorize Slavic hair designated payment processor to charge the specified account for the purchase amount. You agree to be responsible for all purchases and other activities that occur under your name and/or account.

Posted prices may not include sales tax, which may be applied when applicable. All payments must be made in United States Dollars. Slavic hair reserves the right to correct any pricing errors even if payment has already been requested. Slavic hair also reserves the right to change product prices without notice and will not be liable to you or any third party for any price modifications.

You also agree not to fraudulently dispute any valid charges with your bank or credit card company in order to avoid paying for products that were shipped to you.

If, due to failed charges, Slavic hair is unable to collect the full payment amount due, you agree that Slavic hair may submit smaller charges at daily intervals until the full amount owed has been recovered.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS

Your order may take 1-10 business days to process before shipping. Shipping times depend on your location. Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is received properly.

Please note that international shipping may take longer to arrive. Slavic hair is not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been shipped with proper tracking. You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Prices listed on this website do not include international duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged when the product arrives in the destination country.

AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms.

Discount and Commission

• Affiliates earn a $15 commission per approved sale.

• Customers using an affiliate code receive $5 off their purchase.

• Commission applies only to qualifying orders placed through the affiliate’s unique link or code.

Commission Payout

• Commissions become eligible 30 days after the order date.

• Approved payouts are processed via bank transfer or PayPal.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to arrive after the payout is issued.

• PayPal transaction fees may apply and will be deducted from the payout amount.

Returns and Cancellations

• If an order is returned, refunded, canceled, or charged back, no commission will be paid for that order.

• If a commission has already been issued for a returned order, it may be deducted from future payouts.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine, at our sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
