Shipping policy

Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We ship with USPS. Please note that due to holiday season, shipping may take longer than usual.  Shipping time depends on your location. Also, we ask for signatures for orders over $200 to ensure that you have received your package accordingly. Please be advised that shipping outside the USA will take more time for you to receive your order. The shipping timeframe provided at checkout is only an estimate and may take longer to arrive.

Slavic Hair is not liable for products that are lost or stolen after shipment with proper tracking has occurred. We are not responsible for items once they have been shipped. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

International shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer. THESE FEES IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PURCHASE FROM OUR WEBSITE.
